The Day the World Changed

Twelve years ago today my assistant Sonya and I were feverishly tying up loose ends as my wife and I were leaving in a couple of days for two weeks in Europe. We got a phone call and turned on the little TV I had in the back. We stood there watching and thinking what a horrible accident, then we saw the second plane hit and then knew the truth that this was no accident.
We as Americans lost our false sense of security that day but the world changed that day for everyone everywhere.
We will never forget.
