“I Shot the Sheriff”

Well, that’s a lie. I didn’t shoot the sheriff or the deputy. I did however get to work on the session shooting Anne Louise’s senior portraits. I found out she loved Bob Marley, as do I, and I made sure we were “Jammin” during the session. (I realize that last Bob Marley joke was cheesy, but I really couldn’t help myself.) I think it always makes people happy to hear their favorite song playing. It gives any new place or experience a sense of familiarity. I like to know what our seniors are listening to before we start their session. It makes them feel more comfortable, and music always livens up any party. It’s like getting in your car and turning on the radio to your FAVORITE song; it makes you glad to be there at that exact moment.
