Trust Me…

Keli and her mom came in for her senior session yesterday. Laurie mentioned that she really liked the dramatic black and whites we do, but Keli didn’t happen to pack a plain black shirt or dress. Luckily we have a few in different sizes just in case. We knew we had one shirt that would be a little big, but that we could for sure cheat. When I showed her the shirt it really was one of those moments where she didn’t have to say how ridiculous she thought that shirt would look on her because I could see it all over her face. So I convinced her that I would not let her look like a crazy person in a shirt that didn’t fit for her senior portraits.
Of course once she put it on it fit a little big, but after a few clips and tugs here and there it ended up looking super cute and classic with her jeans. I hope when she sees them she’s surprised/happy/knew all along I wouldn’t steer her wrong!
When we headed outside we went for a little more earthy of a look, but equally fun! The quick change into her sweater and boots made things a little more toasty. She was a great sport though, and more importantly the pictures are GORGEOUS! Hope you enjoy all of these great shots.
